Republican Reps. Marjorie Taylor Greene and Thomas Massie have joined colleague Rep. Paul Gosar in his call for an immediate moratorium on foreign aid.
Gosar was joined in his demand for a foreign aid moratorium by other members of Congress who supported 45th President Donald Trump and his America First policies.
Rep. Majorie Taylor Greene of Georgia wholeheartedly agreed with Gosar’s message, further calling for not only a moratorium on foreign aid, but also a total moratorium on immigration as well. “Put Americans First!” Greene tweeted.

Rep. Thomas Massie reposted the comments from Gosar, and has consistently voted against foreign aid during his time in Congress. Last year, he stood firm in rejecting foreign aid being sent to “any country” on the planet.

“We need a total moratorium on all immigration,” Gosar said Thursday, echoing the sentiment from Greene. “We need a total moratorium on all foreign aid. Most of all, we need to put a stop to America Last politicians and globalist elites having any say in how we run our own country.”

As Valiant News reported on Wednesday, Rep. Paul Gosar tweeted that America needs a “Total Foreign Aid Moratorium,” with the policy being put into place for at least 10 years.
“The solutions to many of our problems are actually quite simple,” Gosar said. “Historic flood of immigration? Close the border. Other countries are shamelessly looting our own? Turn off the money spigot.” He added,”We simply can’t afford to be sending tens of billions of dollars overseas anymore. We need a Foreign Aid Moratorium.”

The call from Gosar comes as the Biden administration announced that another $4.5 billion of taxpayer’s money has been earmarked for foreign aid sent to Ukraine, in order to help the government maintain “essential functions” during the Russian invasion.
When including the amount spent on arms and other tangible resources, Ukraine will have received over $18 billion from the US this year alone.

A new poll from Gallup has shown that a strong plurality of Americans want all levels of immigration, both legal and illegal, to be reduced, with 38% thinking as such, Valiant News reported on Thursday.
Only 27% of Americans think that immigration should be increased, with 31% satisfied with the current levels of migration into the country. The support for lowering immigration has reached its highest point since 2014.
The polling company noted that it has been the “norm” throughout their polling history for most Americans to be against immigration, with a peak of 65% of Americans believing levels should be reduced between 1993 and 1995.
