Trump Beats Biden in Landslide Victory if Liz Cheney Runs as Independent: Poll

Donald Trump would win in a landslide over Joe Biden if Liz Cheney ran for president as an independent in 2024.

45th President Donald Trump would win in an absolute landslide over Joe Biden if anti-Trump Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) were to run for president as an independent in 2024, according to a new poll.

If the 2024 presidential contest were to be held today between Trump as the Republican, Biden as the Democrat, and Cheney as an independent candidate splitting the ticket three ways, the daughter of former Vice President Dick Cheney would actually siphon votes from the Democratic candidate and help achieve a Trump victory, an August 18 poll from YouGov shows.

According to the poll, Trump would win the election with a massive 8 point lead by securing 40% of the vote. On the other hand, Biden would receive only 32% of the vote, presumably as a result of Cheney pulling in a predicted 11%.

Following her record breaking reelection loss to the Trump-endorsed Wyoming congressional candidate Harriet Hageman earlier this month, Cheney had vowed to do whatever it took to keep the former president from ever returning to the Oval Office.

In order to apparently accomplish her goal, Cheney hinted that she would be running for president in 2024. Some have speculated that a Cheney 2024 bid would pull moderate Republican voters away from Trump.

“This primary election is over, but now the real work begins,” she said during her concession speech, adding that “I have said since January 6 that I will do whatever it takes to ensure Donald Trump is never again anywhere near the Oval Office — and I mean it.”

Cheney has also pledged to spend the rest of the current campaign cycle working on behalf of Democrats who are opposing pro-Trump candidates, Valiant News reported.

However, the poll appears to show that due to her harsh anti-Trump rhetoric and participation in the Democrat-revered January 6 Commission, a large percentage of Democrats would prefer to vote for her instead of Biden — who continues to struggle with low poll numbers in the face of foreign policy blunders, inflation, high fuel costs, and a crippling economic recession.

Doesn’t matter. Polls are meaningless. If elections can be stolen again like 2020 (and possibly 2022), Trump will lose. We freedom-loving constitutionalists already lost and the current chinese communist dictator will be reelected. America has been dead for a long time.

Trump won in 2020. He had about 83 million votes, biden had about 63 million. These numbers will be validated over the next several months. Cheney running will have zero bearing on this race. But we are way ahead of ourselves. Biden will not be in office in 2023!
