VIDEO: Trump Makes Surprise Visit to Washington, D.C.

Trump is not being arrested or at Walter Reed military hospital. No, it appears he’s at one of his properties, where he is working.

45th President Donald Trump appears to be back in Washington, D.C. for the moment to visit one of his properties, disappointing liberals who assumed he was set to be arrested or in bad health.

A reporter appeared to confirm early this morning that Trump appears to be in the nation’s capitol, and provided video of the former president dressed in casual clothes and what some have described as “golf shoes” as he exited a plane.

Trump did not offer any statement explaining his reason for being in the capitol prior the trip, and did not have any events scheduled in the area. He was at his golf course in Bedminster, New Jersey on Sunday.

Ending hours of speculation, Trump revealed this morning that he is “Working today at @TrumpWashingtonDC on the Potomac River,” revealing that he is at the Trump National Golf Club in Washington, D.C. He added, “What an incredible place!”

Trump Truth

While we now know that Trump apparently traveled to work at one of his properties, early speculation claimed that Trump could be in the capitol for a health scare – as a former President, Trump has access to Walter Reed military hospital – or for to surrender to federal law enforcement.

Those exotic theories, spread almost exclusively by far left Democrats on Twitter, claim that Trump could have been traveling to Washington to surrender to federal due to a federal indictment stemming from his alleged mishandling of documents after leaving the White House.

While Trump traveling to Washington, D.C. for an arrest may be implausible, it is worth noting two prominent conservatives said last week that the FBI raided up to 50 of Trump’s closest allies in what appears to be orchestrated actions.

Former Trump White House official and current talk show host Steve Bannon broke the news while on Charlie Kirk’s podcast last week, with Bannon giving the number of raided allies at 35.

Fox News ratings magnet Tucker Carlson continued investigating Bannon’s claim, and during his show was joined by top conservative lawyer Harmeet Dhillon, who confirmed that dozens of people close to Trump were raided.

“The subpoenas are intentionally broad,” Dhillon told Carlson last week. “They’re from the ‘Capitol Siege Section’ of the United States Department of Justice DC Office.”
