Joe Biden took to social media on Sunday to declare MAGA “extremism” from those who still doubt the results of the 2020 election to be a “threat” to the “soul” of America.
Late this morning, the official @POTUS Twitter account wrote that “The MAGA agenda represents an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our Republic,” and claimed that conservatives do not “respect our Constitution” or “recognize the will of the people.”
The MAGA agenda represents an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our Republic.
It doesn’t respect our Constitution.
It doesn’t believe in the rule of law.
And it doesn’t recognize the will of the people.— President Biden (@POTUS) September 4, 2022
In two more tweets, the @POTUS Twitter account called “MAGA proposals” like protecting the southern border a “threat to the very soul of this country.”
The @POTUS account added, “America respects free and fair elections. We honor the will of the people. We do not deny it.”
MAGA proposals are a threat to the very soul of this country.

The social media tirade on Biden’s Twitter account comes after his “Red Sermon” speech that used much of the same rhetoric, and after he said that U.S. citizens would need fighter jets to fight back against his regime.
“And for those brave right-wing Americans who say it’s all about keeping America – keeping America’s independent and safe [sic], if you want to fight against the country, you need an F-15,” Biden said. “You need a something a little more than a gun.”

However, it also comes after Biden later attempted to walk back his divisive speech, insisting that MAGA supporters are not necessarily a threat, but instead clarified that he only believes they are a threat if they believe he was the beneficiary of fraud during the 2020 election. The majority of Republicans continue to believe Biden did not win a free and fair election.
“I don’t consider any Trump supporters to be a threat to the country,” Biden declared, before explaining that the real threat comes from election deniers.
“I do think anyone who […] refuses to acknowledge when an election that has been won, insists on changing the way in which the rules you count votes, that is a threat to democracy,” the 79-year-old with low approval ratings explained.
