Joe Biden’s approval ratings are currently underwater in 48 out of the 50 states in the Union, with only the majority of citizens in Hawaii and Vermont approving of the 46th president’s performance roughly 18 months into his administration.
The nation’s intense disapproval for Biden was charted by Civiqs, a polling company created by the founder of the left wing blog Daily Kos, and remains a division of Kos Media.
Nationally, the poll reveals that Biden’s approval rating has shrunk to 31%, or less than a third of Americans. A whopping 57% of Americans disapprove of Biden’s job performance, while only 12% have not formed an opinion on the 46th president. Biden’s outlook becomes more troubled when examining individual states.
Only citizens of Vermont and Hawaii approve of the 46th president.
45% of those polled in Vermont approve of his performance, compared to 38% who disapprove. In distant Hawaii, Biden’s numbers are mildly better. 46% support him, while only 40% disapprove.
Biden approval drops to 31% in Civiqs.
Here it is by state.

Meanwhile, Biden is deeply underwater in virtually every other state considered a Democratic stronghold.
Only 39% of New York respondents approve of his job performance, compared to 48% who disapprove. The same is true for deep blue Connecticut, where 35% approve and an impressive 51% disapprove. In Illinois, seat of Barack Obama’s adopted hometown of Chicago, only 38% of voters approve of Biden while 50% disapprove.
As might be expected, Biden’s numbers look dramatically worse in Republican strongholds.
Only 16% of respondents in Wyoming approve of Biden, while a stunning 79% disapprove. In deep red Alabama, 23% approve and 67% disapprove. In Arkansas, 22% approve and 70% disapprove.
The same is true for battleground states the Democrats look to win or retain in 2022 and will need to win in 2024 to keep control of the White House.
In Georgia, only 26% of voters approve of Biden’s performance compared to 61% who disapprove. The outlook is mildly rosier in Pennsylvania, where 32% of voters approve and only 57% disapprove.
In Florida, once considered a must-win swing state for politicians seeking the White House, 30% of voters approve of Biden while 59% disapprove.
The polling may follow a larger trend, as yesterday Valiant News reported that the majority of Americans no longer believe in the transgender ideology, and instead now say that gender is determined at birth by biological sex.
