Speaking to a crowd at at the North America’s Building Trades Unions (NABTU) Legislative Conference, Joe Biden uttered an incoherent and inaudible remark that left many scratching their heads and questioning the president’s cognitive function.

During the remarks Biden also haphazardly joked about going to war with Russia, telling the union workers that if “by the way, if I gotta go to war, I’m going with you guys – I mean it.”
“This war could continue for a long time, but the United States will continue to stand with Ukraine, the Ukrainian people and their fight for freedom. And by the way, if I gotta go to war, I’m going with you guys – I mean it,” Biden said.

Some have compared Biden’s new coining of the word “toshuwiwebuilAmericawehavbabapromise” to his coining of the word “trunalimunumaprzure” while on the 2020 presidential campaign trail against 45th President Donald Trump.
“I’ll leave an effective strategy to mobilize trunalimunumaprzure!” Biden said in 2020.

The president’s recent trip to Europe consisted of several unsavory statements pertaining America being dragged into a potential Third World War with Russia, Valiant News previously reported.
Biden told U.S. troops that they are going to Ukraine, the press that the U.S. would respond “in kind” to a chemical weapons attack from Russia, and called for regime change in Russia while on the trip.
The remarks resulted in widespread concern over the U.S. position with respects to the Russia-Ukraine war.
However, the White House repeatedly walked back Biden’s remarks. In the end, the president denied that such remarks had even occurred in the first place, all despite them being on video and a matter of public record.
Some have speculated that Biden had either genuinely forgotten what he had said, or that he was intentionally being dishonest about what he had said.
Biden’s Russia gaffes in Europe came shortly before former President Barack Obama made his first trip to the White House since leaving office following Trump’s massive 2016 electoral victory.
