In a fiery speech delivered in Atkinson, New Hampshire, on Tuesday night, former President Donald Trump took the stage to address a crowd of enthusiastic supporters. Trump’s speech came after a dominant performance in the Iowa caucuses, where he secured a massive victory over his opponents.
During his speech, Trump made a point to highlight his concern for American farmers and took a jab at President Joe Biden. He said, “You think Biden when he is sleeping, he’s turning and twisting and sweating in bed thinking about how to get his farmers taken care of? He just goes out like a light. Me, I twist and turn thinking about how to make our country rich as hell again.”
The quote quickly gained traction on social media, with Trump supporters rallying around his commitment to American farmers. Trump himself acknowledged the impact of his words, adding, “It’s actually true. It’s too bad, but it is true.”

The former President has been making a series of campaign stops in New Hampshire leading up to the primary next week. Trump’s visit to Atkinson was the first of five planned events in the state. He is scheduled to speak in Portsmouth on Wednesday, followed by stops in Concord on Friday, Manchester on Saturday, and Rochester on Sunday.
In his speech, Trump also addressed the recent endorsement from former Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy, who called Trump the “Commander in Chief” needed to lead the country in a “war” against “woke” ideologies. Trump welcomed the endorsement and expressed his gratitude for the support.
As the race for the Republican nomination heats up, Trump’s visit to New Hampshire is seen as an important opportunity to capitalize on his strong showing in Iowa and solidify his position as the frontrunner. With the New Hampshire primary just a week away, the former President is making a concerted effort to rally support and secure a victory in the Granite State.
