    Nothing healthy about a vegan diet. Don’t listen to the bs. All meats are filled with vitamin, mineral and protein needs that are unavailable in a vegan diet. Red meat contains healthy proteins that no vegetable or fruit can replicate. Don’t get me started on fake processed meat. Vegetarianism is not healthy at all. Proteins from meat, including red meat is the closest miracle we have that is literally the fountain of youth. Remember when eggs, coffee, salt, fats, coconut oil, and the list goes on, that the government said was dangerous. Vegetarianism is their newish thing that they are completely wrong about. Stop listening to your government
