Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene believes Joe Biden should be impeached and prosecuted after viewing an FBI-generated form containing information that allegedly shows Biden participated in a pay-to-play scheme involving a Ukrainian energy company represented by Hunter Biden while serving as Vice President.
Greene appeared visibly perturbed by the information contained in the FBI FD-1023 detailing apparent allegations of Biden’s criminal wrongdoing during a brief appearance before media shortly after leaving the sensitive compartmented information facility (SCIF) where she viewed the document.
“It’s a paid informant by the FBI, this has nothing to do with [Rudy] Giuliani,” Greene began before referring to her notes.
She explained that in 2015, “Burisma was looking to buy a US-based oil and gas company, and this came from being advised by Hunter Biden” and “They hired Hunter on the board” to place pressure on a Ukrainian prosecutor who Joe Biden once claimed was corrupt.

According to Greene, the owner of Burisma claimed to have paid “$5 million to one Biden” and “$5 million to another Biden” and “it was all a bribery” to see the prosecutor fired for Burisma’s behalf.
The owner of Burisma also reportedly told the informant that “This is common practice in Russia and Ukraine” and “part of business there,” she explained, “that they will pay bribery money in order to get business deals done, and that many businesses take that into account. They put it into their budget, basically.”
Now, in statements made to The Daily Caller, Greene believes that the allegations against Biden – if proven – rise not only to the level of impeachment, but of criminal prosecution.
“This is an impeachable document. President Biden should be impeached,” Greene told the outlet. “Secondly, he should be prosecuted.”
Greene continued, “It’s a pay-to-play scheme. He took a bribe from a from a foreign national in a foreign country that paid millions of dollars,” and reiterated, “He needs to be prosecuted for this, and I would argue that he should serve jail time.”
“If we were not politically divided, if we were the United States that used to exist, that is righteous and just, if we were a just nation, Joe Biden would be impeached,” said Greene, doubling down. “No one could argue with this. Democrat or Republican, I would say no one can argue with it now.”
