45th President Donald Trump slammed Joe Biden over his joke made alongside comments about the tragic killing of six at a Christian elementary school this week in Nashville, Tennessee, and explained why he banned those undergoing transgender hormone treatments from the U.S. military while he was in office.
Speaking to Real America’s Voice, the former president said it was “so horrible” that Biden made jokes about ice cream as Americans waited to hear from him about the devastating shooting, reportedly committed by trans-identified Audrey Hale.
“It was so horrible. Everyone was waiting to hear is words and he’s talking about ice cream, with a laugh. He’s laughing about it, he’s joking about it. Now we’re in serious trouble,” the 45th President said.
President Trump called for an increase in armed teachers in American schools to protect children from potential threats.

“There’s a percentage of teachers that are very good with guns,” said Trump. “You have teachers that have a great record–they’re in the military and everything else–and they’re in the school. You can do that–you don’t need a very big percentage. You take the people that are very adept with guns.”
“They could put them safely in some place but very, very nearby. And if you had something like that, you take them out,” the former president said before hailing the heroics of the Nashville police officers who neutralized the shooter before more killing took place.
Trump then called the Nashville shooter an “unusual case” and pointed to the potential use of hormone drugs as a cause of the killer’s “anger,” which Trump explained is why he banned military service members from using them while he was president.
“Then you had the unusual case yesterday of what happened with this person, and the anger that was caused, and that’s something–you know I banned it in the military because the drugs, because the amount of drugs they have to take is incredible,” said Trump.
“And as soon as I get out, Biden opened it up again. And it’s not a good thing because I can tell you, behind the scenes, the generals did not want it,” he added.
