Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer was visibly upset on Tuesday while discussing the public release of Jan. 6 Capitol surveillance footage
“With contempt for the facts, disregard of the risks, and knowing full well he was lying, lying to his audience, Fox News host Tucker Carlson ran a lengthy segment last night arguing the January 6 capitol attack was not a violent insurrection,” Schumer seethed.
“I, so many others who were here in the capitol, and millions and millions of Americans are just furious with Tucker Carlson and Kevin Mccarthy today,” the Senate Majority leader added.
Schumer continued, “And he’s going to come back tonight with another segment. Fox News should tell him not to. Fox News, Rupert Murdoch, tell Carlson not to run a second segment of lies.”

As Valiant News previously reported, Carlson released previously suppressed security footage from the grounds of the U.S. Capitol building on January 6 that purportedly shows U.S. Capitol Police officers nonchalantly escorting “QAnon Shaman” Jacob Chansley around the Capitol complex and into the Senate chamber.
“Virtually every moment of his time inside the Capitol was caught on tape,” said Carlson of the footage. “The tapes show the Capitol Police never stopped Jacob Chansley. They helped him. They acted as his tour guides.”
“For more than two years, we have wondered why some in the crowd that day who seemed to be inciting violence were never indicted for it. We assumed these were federal agents of some sort. We still assume that,” Carlson said on his show prior to releasing the tapes.
“In fact, there were many examples of behavior that we saw in those tapes that didn’t seem to make sense. Men in civilian clothes holding doors open for protestors, escorting others through the Capitol, et cetera. We would love to know who those people were.”

Already Carlson has edited some tapes falsely to show a benign group of insurrectionists who have broken laws already, if not induced deaths in Capitol Police, but look like tourists. There used to be news sources that verified tapes with original sources and subjects caught on camera, but not by Tucker. This is manipulation of media to the extreme, by a guy looking for ratings, not truth. Gone are the views we all saw on television of breaking and entering, battering police, desecrating our seat of government, stealing things, and otherwise creating mayhem. Instead we see a sanitized vision of peace and tourism that was never there. Talk about lying…

How many people were there?
How many people who weren’t federal agents or leftist plants were actually involved in violence and property damage?
What percentage of the attendees does this represent?
How many Capitol Police were killed by rioters? (Actual, verified numbers, not the BS CNN talking points you just vomited out) hmmm…name even one that isn’t a lie or misrepresentation.
How many protesters/rioters were killed by police?
Why was it ok for antifa and BLM to burn loot and murder all across the country for months, but conservatives who protest and get out of control draw prison time?
What proportion of antifa and BLM rioters are violent and/or destructive? 75%?
