45th President Donald Trump has arrived in East Palestine, Ohio to deliver truck loads of clean water and supplies to locals affected by the devastating ecological disaster that occurred following the derailment of a train carrying hazardous chemicals on February 3.
The former president has brought with him 13 pallets of clean and untainted water, amounting to roughly 14,000 bottles for East Palestine citizens.
“President Trump is meeting with the citizens of East Palestine, and he will never forget them and what they are going through. Contrast that with Biden and the federal government, who have failed them from the beginning,” said Trump spokesperson Steven Cheung.

East Palestine residents appear to be welcoming the 45th President with open arms and support, as many have felt disaffected by the Biden administration’s response to the devastating chemical event that struck their town weeks ago.

President Trump’s gesture comes after Joe Biden earlier this week made a surprise visit to Europe, where he pledged to give financial support to Ukraine and defend “literally every inch” of NATO territory from Russia.
Speaking to Fox News host Jesse Watters about Biden’s foreign travels, East Palestine Mayor Trent Conway expressed his frustration with the administration, emphasizing a sense of betrayal that many of the affected citizens are currently feeling in the wake of their town’s struggle.

“That was the biggest slap in the face,” Mayor Conaway told Watters. “That tells you right now he doesn’t care about us. He can send every agency he wants to, but I found out this morning that he was in Ukraine giving millions of dollars away to people over there and not to us… on President’s Day in our country, so I’m furious.”
