President Joe Biden struggled to pronounce the name of his own Supreme Court appointee while delivering a “sermon” at Martin Luther King’s former church in Atlanta on Sunday.
“Those are the words of Kejan— Kejan— Ketanji Drown Jackson, our Supreme Court justice,” Biden stuttered.
A woman seated close to Biden in the view of the camera shook her head disappointedly following the 80-year-old POTUS’ failure to correctly pronounce the name.
Biden was widely mocked on social media for the gaffe.

Biden also faced backlash for his claim that he fastidiously attended a black church in his youth.
“Let’s lay one thing to rest. I may be a practicing Catholic, but [I] used to go to 7:30 Mass every morning in high school and then in college before I went to the Black church,” Biden said. “Not a joke.”
During the sermon, Biden did not address the ongoing scandal revolving around his failure to properly store classified documents.
Biden released a video in 2020 showing him parking his Corvette in his personal garage, where boxes of what appear to be classified documents are stacked in boxes to waist height inside.
As Valiant News previously reported, Biden was caught illegally keeping classified documents in improper locations this week, the most recent being a trove of materials retrieved from the garage of his Delaware beach home.
When confronted by Fox’s Peter Doocy about the documents last Thursday, Biden defended himself by declaring that “My Corvette’s in a locked garage” and thus “it’s not like it’s on the street.”
Following Biden’s comments, sharp-eyed Twitter users quickly located a video posted by the then-candidate in 2020, where he can be seen backing his Corvette into the box-filled garage.
Biden’s Attorney General has recused himself from the special counsel investigation into the incident.
