President Joe Biden’s National Action Network speech on Monday fell flat on many notes, drawing mockery for his failure to remember who we was singing “Happy Birthday” to, criticizing police that are attacked by criminals, and rambling about “deer wearing Kevlar vests” and “F-15s” attacking Americans.

The most viral blunder of the speech came when Biden abruptly began singing “Happy Birthday” to Andrea Waters King, only to blank on her name and slur “Happy Birthday Dear Valley…”

Biden also suffered technical difficulties during the speech, fumbling with his microphone while stuttering, “Is this on? Hello, hello, hello? Hello? No, ho, okay.”

During the anti-Second Amendment rant portion of his remarks, Biden expressed his desire to “ban the number of bullets that can go in a magazine,” explaining “there’s no, no need for any of that.”

The 80-year-old then invoked some of his favorite nonsensical tropes, such as “deer wearing “Kevlar vests” and government “F-15” fighter planes attacking “right-wing” Americans in large-scale domestic warfare.

The president also launched an attack on police forces throughout America, suggesting they should never “shoot for, with deadly force” when dealing with violent criminals.

“We have to retrain cops as to, why should you always shoot for, with deadly force?” Biden said. “The fact is if you need to use your weapon, you don’t have to do that.”

The speech followed Biden’s sermon on Sunday where he failed to pronounce the name of his own Supreme Court appointee correctly, leading a woman in the audience to shake her head in disappointment after he called Ketanji Brown Jackson “Kejan-Kejan-Ketanji Drown Jackson.”
