The House Committee on the January 6 protests has voted unanimously to recommend the Department of Justice charges 45th President Donald Trump with insurrection, among other alleged crimes.
The seven Democrats and two anti-Trump Republicans voted 9-0 to approve its final report on Monday, which included recommending four different criminal charges against Trump. The charges in full are: conspiracy to defraud the United States; obstruction of an official proceeding of Congress; conspiracy to make a false statement; and insurrection.
The first charge relates to Trump helping spread “misinformation” about the 2020 election, and pressuring state officials to investigate claims of election fraud, with the obstruction charge relating to allegations that Trump instructed then-Vice President Mike Pence to overturn the results of the Electoral College.
The charge of insurrection implicates Trump directly in the protests that took place on January 6, with the committee alleging that he incited his supporters to do so on Capitol Hill.
“Beyond our findings, we will also show that evidence we’ve gathered points to further action beyond the power of this committee, or the Congress, to help ensure accountability on the law. Accountability that can only be found in the criminal justice system,” said Chariman Bennie Thompson on Monday.
"We have every confidence that the work of this committee will help provide a roadmap to justice."

“We have every confidence that the work of this committee will help provide a roadmap to justice, and that the agencies and institutions responsible for ensuring justice under the law will use the information we’ve provided to aid in their work,” Thompson added.
The Mississippi Democrat said that President Trump “broke the faith” that people have in a democracy, and that despite allegedly having “lost the 2020 election,” Trump “chose to try to stay in office through a multi-part scheme to overturn the results and block the transfer of power.”
Liz Cheney, one of two anti-Trump Republicans on the committee, claimed that the former President is “unfit for office,” and should never be able to “serve in any position of authority in our nation again.”
“The committee recognises that our work has only begun. It’s only the initial step in addressing President Trump’s effort to remain in office illegally,” Cheney continued. “Prosecutors are considering the implications of the conduct that we describe in our report.”

we truly are victims of a banana republic government. This move is a disgraceful attempt to prevent PDT from running again based on off the wall interpretation of actions that were not commanded by Trump but by false flag operators of Pelosi, Schumer, et al using the FBI to create havoc.
They are terrified that if PDT gets reelected he’ll appoint special investigators to dig out all the illegal things that were and are being done.

The fact that the president issued a statement to “go home in peace” but Pelosi and the corrupt regime ordered the capitol police to actually invite people in, remove the bars, open doors, and embedded FBI plants and known Antifa actors in “MAGA GEAR” – it’s all proven – shows the current regime is the real guilty party and they know it. Boy do they know it.

It seems that the Ntaural Justice provisons concerning the ABUSE OF THE LEGAL PROCESS does not apply to a handful of members on a partisan Committee of Congress, chief among them a “woman scorned” by her own party. Trump will go down in history as the poltician most subjected to “Lawfare” inside and outside Congress for purely patyisan political reasons, namely to deprive him of his undoubted Consituional right to seek relection to the Highest Office in the land.

Okay Republicans. Keep this word “treason” alive. Because the minute you gain control, you need to indict Schff for attempting to overt the presidency knowing there was zero evidence and indict all FBI, politicians,CIA, Hillary, etc who voted to impeach him knowing there zero evidence. This was treason and I representing We the People demand they all be executed. Then we can go on to Biden, VP, Admin and the current corrupt politicians, none of which are honoring their oaths of office, illegally opened our borders, trying to destroy our Constitution, purposely ruined our economy and are pissing away billions while our country suffers and are responsible for creating and staging the bogus insurrection, and allowing/ creating fraud to cheat during public elections.
These again are acts of Treason and every individual responsible should be charged and executed according to our laws.
Follow the lead of the corrupt Dems. Execute everyone of them.
I got one would love to be part of the firing squad. Make sure we have enough ammo as hundreds of not thousands deserve to die regardless of the political office of allegiance.
It’s time to Take back our country, expel or kill every illegal and deport all who do not like this country and take away there citizenship and illegally derived assets.

The J6 committee should be ignored since it was invalid from the outset.
