Joe Biden and his family are under investigation for a series of alleged crimes including human trafficking, according to two Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee, Reps. Jim Jordan and James Comer, who held a press conference Thursday morning.
Comer spoke before Jordan, and delivered a succinct summary of the claims House Republicans have started investigating after winning the House of Representatives.
“This is an investigation of Joe Biden, the President of the United States, and why he lied to the American people about his knowledge and participation in his family’s international business schemes,” Comer revealed, before explaining that “national security interests” mandate the investigation. He noted that Republicans “will pursue all avenues,” including those “that have long been ignored.”

Then Comer listed the list of crimes Biden and his family allegedly committed, at least some of which would ostensibly rise to the level of impeachment.
“These include conspiracy or defrauding the United States, wire fraud, conspiracy to commit wire fraud, violation of the foreign agents registration act, violation of the board of corrupt practices act, violation of the trafficking victims protection act, tax evasion, money laundering, and conspiracy to commit money laundering.”
“The Biden family’s business dealings implicate a wide range of criminality from human trafficking to potential violations of the Constitution,” Comer alleged.
Again hinting toward impeachment, Comer said, “In the 118th Congress, this Committee will evaluate the status of Joe Biden’s relationship with his family’s foreign partners and evaluate whether is a president who is compromised or swayed by foreign dollars and influence.”
“I want to be clear,” he concluded. “This is an investigation of Joe Biden, and that is where the committee will focus.”
On social media, Jordan seemed to suggest much of the information in their investigation may pertain to the infamous Hunter Biden Laptop.
First, it wasn’t Hunter’s laptop.
Then they admitted it was his laptop, but argued it was Russian “disinformation.”
Then they admitted it wasn’t disinfo, but assured us Joe Biden wasn’t involved.
Now, it looks like Joe was involved, but they’re telling us he did nothing wrong.

Jordan stressed that the investigation is part of a larger Republican effort to hold Biden’s Department of Justice accountable for, according to many Republicans, becoming a political tool used by Democrats against their political opponents.
“When is the FBI gonna quit interfering with elections?” Jordan asked, before listing a series of examples. “Maybe it’d be nice if the FBI and the Justice Department just stayed out of it?”

It’s unclear where the House Judiciary may have received its information, but all members of Congress recently received a dossier on the Biden family’s alleged corruption from Marco Polo, a research group run by a former Trump administration official.
Shortly after Jordan and Comer concluded their press conference, the RNC Research account on Twitter published a video they claim proves Biden knew and benefited from his son’s business dealings.

The House may impeach (simple majority) but the Senate almost will NEVER vote to renew a President. All these elected officials are devoted to their party. Anyone ever notice that the crimes that started out small so many decades ago have grown in size and seriousness to where what was a hand slap back then is not on the treasons level now? In my opinion, if I am still allowed to have one, the crimes really started to escalate during the Clinton Eras and just kept on getting larger and larger with each new administration and then took a sharp turn up in the Obama years when the DOJ, FBI, CIA, and IRS were apparently corrupted. Actually probably not likely anyone will go to prison, although there are going to be catastrophic effects working through the economy, and likely SBF poisoned the crypto marketplace.
Was there money laundering going on through Ukraine/FTX and Democratic Party members?
This may be impossible to figure out from financial records since FTX apparently didn’t really actually keep any financial records, and their accounting firm was based on Meta, which also is likely to take a financial hit.
Probably everything and everyone associated with FTX will be using the best lawyers they can get to keep out of jail.
FTX/SBF seemed to have a 30 billion dollar Ponzi scheme, I don’t know any details, have no financial involvement with the company, am not giving financial or legal advise in any way, and can only suggest anyone making any kind of investments, use due diligence, summed up as “Let the buyer beware”.
Likely there will be investigations by law enforcement agencies.
It seems SBF/FTX weren’t actually involved in any traditional financial management such as safeguarding funds and investments, possibly even keeping any records, just going by rumors, so it may be impossible to find out what happened to the money.
Will the House Committee investigate this financial catastrophe?
Will this contribute to recession or depression?
I have no idea, but it doesn’t contribute to faith in the financial system.

Along the way I have ended my Twitter participation. If you recall, Jordan was instrumental in examining H. Clinton, which wasted millions of taxpayer dollars and found nothing of substance. She had a laptop too which was not substantial in proving anything, but indicates that conservatives are not so familiar with this common technology so tiptoe around it’s contents believing witches and boogeymen lie within.
