DeSantis Takes Aim At COVID Vax Creators, Summons Grand Jury To Investigate ‘Any And All Wrongdoing’

“We did a study in Florida, and you saw an 86 percent increase in cardiac-related activity from people 18 to 39 from mRNA shots,” he added.

On Tuesday, DeSantis hinted that the grand jury move was to publicize reports on COVID-19 vaccine efficacy and side effects that Moderna, Pfizer, and other manufacturers had intentionally swept under the rug.

“We’ll be able to get the data whether they want to give it or not,” DeSantis vowed.

“It is against the law to mislead and to misrepresent, particularly when you’re talking about the efficacy of a drug,” he said. “Today, I’m announcing a petition with the Supreme Court of Florida to impanel a statewide grand jury to investigate any and all wrongdoing in Florida with respect to COVID-19 vaccines.”

“We anticipate that we will get the approval for that, that will be something that will be impaneled, most likely in the Tampa Bay area, and that will come with legal processes that will be able to get more information and to bring legal accountability for those who committed misconduct,” the governor added.

Valiant News reported earlier this week that the woman once fired by DeSantis, amid claims that he was not properly sharing COVID-19 data within the state, has now pleaded guilty to computer crimes.

Former Florida Department of Health employee Rebekah Jones rocketed to fame in early 2021, when she was arrested for allegedly tampering with Florida’s online COVID-19 dashboard she helped design.

Police said she illegally accessed the Florida Department of Health’s computer system to send a message to 1,750 people, according to WEAR-TV, which reported that Jones was also accused of downloading confidential data pertaining to Floridians and saving it to her personal devices.
