Joe Biden’s nuclear expert, Sam Brinton, now stands accused of stealing a second piece of luggage ostensibly belonging to a woman.
Brinton, a biological man who requests we use “they/them” pronouns, went viral earlier this year when posing with Biden Administration transgender Admiral Rachel Levine.
More recently, Brinton went viral again when police charged him with the theft of a $2,325 Vera Bradley bag from the Minneapolis-St. Paul airport in Minnesota.

Now, however, Brinton faces new charges stemming from an alleged incident that happened at Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Local media outlet 8 News Now reports that “A felony warrant was issued” for Brinton, alleging “grand larceny with a value between $1,200 and $5,000.” The outlet noted that Brinton is the same Department of Energy official facing charges in Minnesota.

Though Brinton was placed on leave after the charges became public, a biography of Brinton remains available on the Department of Energy website. It uses present tense verbs to describe his ongoing work for the agency.
Multiple House Republicans sent a letter to the Department of Energy demanding Brinton be formally fired after his first alleged suitcase theft.

The agency has yet to respond, as has the entire Biden administration, even following the allegation that Biden’s non-binary nuclear secretary stole a second piece of luggage.
Instead, Joe Biden’s administration brags online that Brinton is “a well-known advocate for LGBTQ youth and helped to secure protections against the dangerous and discredited practice of conversion therapy in more than half of the country.”
Biden’s Department of Energy also instructs Americans that Brinton identifies “as gender-fluid and [uses] the pronouns they, them, and theirs.”
