45th President Donald Trump instructed citizens of Florida to reelect Governor Ron DeSantis during a Miami rally on Sunday.
While rallying support for Republican Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL), Trump told a crowd of supporters “You’re going to reelect the wonderful, the great friend of mine, Marco Rubio to the United States Senate and you are going to reelect Ron DeSantis as your governor.”

Just one day before, at a rally for Republican Pennsylvania Senate candidate Dr. Mehmet Oz and gubernatorial candidate Doug Mastriano, Trump appeared to bash DeSantis by calling the popular Republican “Ron DeSanctimonious.”
“We’re winning big, big, big in the Republican Party for the nomination like nobody’s ever seen before,” Trump said.
“There it is, Trump at 71 [%]. Ron DeSanctimonious at 10%. Mike Pence at 7 — oh, Mike Pence doing better than I thought,” Trump added.

The 45th President is reportedly set to announce his 2024 presidential run on November 14, but other sources have hinted that he may make the announcement on Monday night as voters prepare to head to the polls tomorrow to cast their votes in the 2022 midterm elections.
“It’s not inconceivable that this is just Trump doing Trump things,” a source close to Trump told the New York Post, adding: “This all could be a ploy by Trump to get people to pay attention to the rally. This is so classic … We’re not going to know until he gets on stage.”
Speaking on a future bid for the White House on Thursday night, President Trump said he “will very, very, very probably do it again.”
