A video has resurfaced of a gender therapist admitting their institute has performed sexual-transition surgeries on children as young as 12.
The video, which was reposted by Chris Elston, a Canadian father of two girls who campaigns against radical “gender ideology,” featured Kellyn Lakhardt, a Gender Specialist at the Kaiser Permanente Institute in Oakland, California. The organisation runs one of the largest not-for-profit healthcare plans in the country, with over 12 million members.
Filmed on 6 July 2018 at the “Professional Symposium” of the Gender Spectrum conference in Moraga, California, Lakhardt discusses the “treatments” that children who have issues with gender dysphoria have been given by the institute. These “treatments” were actually surgeries, including mastectomies, and vaginoplasties.
“In terms of masculising top-surgery, I think 12 is the youngest who’s had surgery through our program,” Lakhardt confirmed. “In terms of general reconstructive surgeries, we haven’t had anyone under the age of 18 have phalloplasty or [unintelligible], but we have had a few patients starting at 15, I don’t think surgery happened until actually 16, that have had vaginoplasty.”
“Masculising top-surgery” involves removing the breasts of a female who believes that they are a man. A “vaginoplasty” involves removing the penis and testicles of the person undergoing the surgery, and creating a false vagina, which then must be dilated by inserting objects into the opening post-surgery.
The tweet from Elston has gained over 260,000 views on the website at the time of writing, despite Twitter marking the video of the gender therapist discussing life-changing surgeries as containing “potentially sensitive content,” and has provoked discussion on the site.

One quote tweet from campaigning group Moms for Liberty resulted in their account being locked.
“Gender dysphoria is a mental health disorder that is being normalized by predators across the USA. California kids are at extreme risk from predatory adults,” they tweeted.
“Now they want to ‘liberate children all over the country. Does a double mastectomy on a preteen sound like progress?”
Twitter further marked the tweet from Elston noting that Moms for Liberty had had their account locked as containing sensitive content.

Valiant News reported last week that Assistant Secretary of Health Dr Rachel Levine, the most prominent trans official in the current administration, said that the government must “empower” children to get trans surgeries, puberty blockers, and other “gender-affirmation treatment.”
In a series of tweets, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, one of the most America First members of Congress, argued that they must do “everything we can to prevent Dr Dick Levine’s pre-teen #WeenieChop.”
Greene wondered whether Levine had been through sex transition surgery himself, or whether he is “just pushing this on children.” Twitter then marked Greene’s tweets as having violated their rules on “hateful conduct.”
