Controversial Biden administration Attorney General Merrick Garland announced the creation of a new government agency called the Office of Environmental Justice on Thursday.
Garland said the OEJ “will serve as the central hub for our efforts to advance our comprehensive environmental justice enforcement strategy,” working alongside the Civil Rights Division and United States Attorneys’ offices, to “prioritize meaningful and constructive engagement with the communities most affected by environmental crime and injustice.”
“In our environmental enforcement efforts, we will prioritize the cases that will have the greatest impact on the communities most overburdened by environmental harm,” Garland said.
Garland then claimed “communities of color, indigenous communities, and low-income communities often bear the brunt of the harm caused by environmental crime, pollution and climate change.”

The attorney general did not elaborate on these claims.
The announcement comes during a period of political and economic turmoil in the US.
President Joe Biden recently attacked “ultra MAGA” Republicans as being “the most extreme political organisation thatβs existed in American history.”
βI donβt want to hear Republicans talk about deficits and their ultra MAGA agenda,β Biden said, attacking an economic plan from Florida Senator Rick Scott. βI want to hear about fairness. I want to hear about decency. I want to help ordinary people.β
Biden continued his insinuation that supporters of President Trump and ordinary Republicans were radical βultra MAGAβ extremists when responding to the only question of the press conference, that discussed the recent news that the Supreme Court may be looking to overturn Roe v. Wade.
βThis is about a lot more than abortion,β Biden argued, claiming that supporters of President Trump want to remove the βinherent rightβ to privacy, an argument that many on the left have touted in defence of Roe.
βIs that legit, under the way that the decision is written? What are the next things that are gonna be attacked?β he continued, slamming the βMAGA crowdβ as being βthe most extreme political organisation thatβs existed in American history,β despite countless radical extremist groups, including communist terrorists, existing in recent times.

Title 42, Chapter 21 of the U.S. Code prohibits discrimination against persons based on age, disability, gender, race, national origin, and religion (among other things) – including education, employment, public accommodations, federal services, and more. This sounds to me like discrimination at the highest levels of government. Who will enforce our law when our own attorney general is announcing this crime against our people?

The Office of Environmental Justice and the Disinformation Governance Board all formed within days of each other. This Biden Administration is doing a bang-up job creating their communist departments that should thrill all good socialist/communist liberals. Good job meathead, now how about putting things back like they were before we all go broke and lose all of our rights that the Constitution gave us.

The Biden administration is doing everything possible to divide the US by race and ethnicity. The US is supposed to be fair and equal for all people. Equity is not fairness, it is discrimination based on the opinion of a ruling Party. Fairness is equal opportunity. The Biden administration is a racist cabal.

If our police were strengthened and given the opportunity to properly deal with criminals, and illegal immigration stopped. it may help stop the ongoing destruction or our nation. It is not a matter of low income which will always prevail, It is the consistency of the individuals involved who at this stage are proving crime pays..
