A woman who shares a name with the “Libs of TikTok” creator is experiencing death threats and harassment from crazed leftists online after “journalist” Taylor Lorenz of the Washington Post seemingly doxxed the popular content creator in a hit piece earlier this week.
One message sent to the woman, who is being targeted due to online leftists’ misplaced belief that she is behind the “Libs of TikTok” account, read “You are whats wrong with this world. You’re vile and disgusting. Your children should be taken away from you and put in a safer home. May you rot in hell.”
The woman put a caption on a screenshot of the conversation urging the harassers to “Please. please stop.”
In a second post, the woman revealed a message sent from another user that stated “What you’re not going to do is play victim when you thrive off of fear inducing hate mongering. If you were at the Capitol on Jan 6, I suggest you leave America.”

The woman directed her caption to Washington Post employee Taylor Lorenz said “this is ON YOU! You need to clarify that this is not me. People are posting and tweeting my parents address!!!!!! If anything happens to my family it is on you!”
The woman posted conversations with individuals detailing how she denied running the “Libs of TikTok” Twitter account, but the online harassers did not believe her and kept the attacks going. “Reap what you sow, you hateful lying hypocrite,” one user wrote. “Say you are sorry to all of the lives you’ve ruined.”
One screenshot that the woman included showed an leftist posting her parents addresses and phone number online, to which she said “you are putting and my autistic sister in danger you sick f*cks.”
As Valiant News previously reported, Lorenz was accused of doxxing the individual behind the famous “Libs of TikTok” Twitter account, accusing its creator of “secretly fueling the right’s outrage machine” and spreading hate to LGBT people.
Doxxing is the practice of posting private information about an individual to the Internet or another public place where it was not previously available. Lorenz claims to have revealed the location, real name, and job of Libs of TikTok’s creator.
In order to gather information for her story, Lorenz tracked down members of her target’s family by traveling to their residences, a move that some would later cite when accusing the female journalist of “stalking,” journalistic malpractice, and acting in bad faith.
In the story, Lorenz revealed name, religion, address, and occupation of the individual behind the famous Twitter account.
