During the Supreme Court confirmation ceremony for Ketanji Brown Jackson, who has a controversial record of giving lenient sentences to pedophiles and purveyors of child exploitation content while serving on the U.S. Sentencing Commission, Joe Biden said that America is something incomprehensible. Specifically, he used an incomprehensible word.
“America is a nation that can be defined in a single word,” said Biden. “Alsdfnnalcaofieajlskdfa!”
After uttering the bizarre phrase and apologizing repeatedly, the 46th President went on a strange tangent about visiting with Chinese President Xi Jinping in the Himalayan mountains.
“[Inaudible] foothills of the Himalayas with Xi Jinping, travelling with him, [inaudible] traveling 17,000 miles when I was Vice President, I don’t know that for a fact,” Biden said.
He went on to say, “And, uh, we’re sitting alone. I had an interpreter and he had an interpreter, and he looked at me and he said all seriously said ‘can you define America for me?’ and I said what many of you have heard me say for a long time, I said ‘yes I can. In one word – possibilities. Possibilities.'”

Then, the president abruptly started yelling into the microphone about the phrase “Ugly Americans,” which is used by international audiences to derisively refer to Americans, and was coined in 1958 to describe the United States’ foreign policy blunders in Asia.
“That in America everyone should be able to go as far as their hard work and God-given talent will take them, and possibilities,” Biden yelled to his audience. “That’s why we’re viewed as the ugly Americans. We think anything is possible!”
The confusing remarks come two days after Biden uttered an incoherent and inaudible remark while speaking to a crowd at at the North America’s Building Trades Unions (NABTU) Legislative Conference, that left many scratching their heads and questioning the president’s cognitive function, Valiant News reported Wednesday.
“You know what it is, most people don’t.” Biden then bellowed, “ToshuwiwebuilAmericawehavbabapromise, a promise!”

Some have compared Biden’s new coining of the word “toshuwiwebuilAmericawehavbabapromise” to his coining of the word “trunalimunumaprzure” while on the 2020 presidential campaign trail against 45th President Donald Trump.
“I’ll leave an effective strategy to mobilize trunalimunumaprzure!” Biden said in 2020.
