Hillary Clinton and Jen Psaki have become the latest high profile Democrats to catch COVID-19, following former President Barack Obama’s diagnosis earlier this month.

The “triple-vaxxed,” former Democrat President Barack Obama found out he had been infected with the virus on March 13, adding that he was “grateful” for the controversial injections that ultimately did not prevent the virus from infecting him.

“I just tested positive for COVID. I’ve had a scratchy throat for a couple days, but am feeling fine otherwise. Michelle and I are grateful to be vaccinated and boosted, and she has tested negative. It’s a reminder to get vaccinated if you haven’t already, even as cases go down,” tweeted the 44th President.

Then, this week on the very same day both failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton and current Biden White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki – both recipients of three doses of the COVID-19 vaccine – announced that they too had caught a case of coronavirus.

Just like her former boss Obama, Clinton added that she was “grateful” for the injections that proved unable to prevent her from contracting COVID-19. Clinton, who is 74, suggested that the vaccines prevented her from experiencing more serious symptoms.

In her announcement, Clinton urged people to receive the injections if they had not already.

“I’m more grateful than ever for the protection vaccines can provide against serious illness,” Clinton wrote in a tweet. “Please get vaccinated and boosted if you haven’t already!”

In a statement released on March 22, triple-vaxxed Psaki announced her COVID-19 positive results and assured that she would not be accompanying Joe Biden on his upcoming trip to Europe.

“Today, in preparation for travel to Europe, I took a PCR test this morning,” said Psaki.

“That test came back positive, which means I will be adhering to CDC guidance and no longer be traveling on the President’s trip to Europe,” the press secretary added.

“I had two socially-distanced meetings with the President yesterday, and the President is not considered a close contact as defined by CDC guidance,” she said. “I am sharing the news of my positive test today out of an abundance of transparency.”

Psaki, too, credited the COVID-19 vaccine injections for her mild symptoms.

“Thanks to the vaccine, I have only experienced mild symptoms,” Psaki said Tuesday. “In alignment with White House COVID-19 protocols, I will work from home and plan to return to work in person at the conclusion of a five-day isolation period and a negative test.”

This is the second time that the triple-vaxxed Press Secretary had to cancel her plans due to positive COVID-19 tests.

The developments come as Moderna and Pfizer develop a second “booster” shot; a fourth dose of the COVID-19 vaccine injection, that the big pharma companies are hoping will be available to the public in the fall, Valiant News reported.

Experts say that the COVID-19 vaccines may not prevent the spread of the virus, but insist that the vaccines reduce the severity of COVID symptoms, and say that they are “safe and effective” for use against the China-originated virus.
