Black Lives Matter activist and convicted pedophile Kenneth Deberry has been convicted of weapons and assault charges stemming from a 2020 incident in which he attacked a Trump supporter while armed with “a loaded .38-caliber revolver” in his waistband.
The incident took place in Washington, D.C. on November 14, when hundreds of thousands of 45th President Donald Trump’s supporters traveled to the nation’s capital to protest for election integrity. Many were assaulted after the march.
Deberry is a convicted pedophile, and due to the previous felony conviction is barred from owning firearms.
Perhaps ironically, Deberry’s legal hurdles were complicated in 2021, when he “got into an argument with a male relative at his home.”

He then “strangled the relative, repeatedly punched him in the face, and later pushed him from behind when the man tried to flee.”
Deberry’s victim “was hospitalized and suffered a collapsed lung, fractured ribs, a broken nose, and other injuries.”
Despite the lax bail laws in Washington, D.C., Deberry was kept in custody after this assault.
Deberry, who is now 40, also “raped and impregnated a 13-year-old” and was convicted in 2008, per The National Desk. The same outlet noted that Deberry “is reportedly a Black Lives Matter activist” whose initial weapons and assault charges stemmed from attending a BLM-associated “counter protest” while armed.
According to AntifaWatch, Deberry’s prior conviction stemmed from “raping, giving a STD, and impregnating a 13 year old girl.”
Deberry could not legally posses that firearm as he has priors for raping, giving a STD, and impregnating a 13 year old girl (in addition to the gun being illegal in DC).

Deberry would have been approximately 28 at the time of his child rape conviction.
For his latest series of crimes, Deberry was sentenced to “33 months in prison on the weapons charge, and another 180 days for assault.” The sentence amounts to over three years behind bars.
“Following completion of his prison term, he will be placed on three years of supervised release,” the Department of Justice explains in its press release.
