Pramiya Jayapal made a bold and unsubstantiated claim that Special Counsel Robert Hur had “exonerated” President Joe Biden in his report on Biden’s mishandling of classified documents. However, Special Counsel Hur swiftly corrected Rep. Jayapal, stating firmly, “I did not exonerate him.”

Other elderly men and women have been charged with crimes and the fact that they were old did not make a difference, why should it matter with Biden, he broke the law and not when he was President, if they are going to charge Trump them Biden should be charged also or throw out the case against Trump.

A shame that Hur has neither the guts nor the integrity to do what is right. “I think a jury might be sympathetic to a little old man” is a bs reason for not bringing charges. Charge him and let a jury decide. Not a liberal, biased DC jury but a real jury of Americans. Hur is a disgrace to himself, his profession, the DOJ and the American people.

I did not exonerate Biden . I just will not Prosecute a senile old man for possessing classifies documents that he could not declassify, from his position as VP. However Trump, who possessed the power to declassify is another story. Got that?

I think we are all missing the point here. It doesn’t matter if today he is a feeble old man, w/a memory loss that just happens to be a deceitful, dishonest crook of a politician. At the time, Lying Corrupt Quid Pro was in possession of the classified Documents, Corrupt Quid Pro didn’t have a problem w/his memory, and being that he was only VP Corrupt Quid Pro wasn’t supposed to be in possession of those documents. At least Trump had his docs in a secure room, not in boxes in his garage. As for the special counsel damaging Corrupt Quid Pro, LOL. The Democrats will still vote for Lying Corrupt Quid Pro KING Joe. In fact, the Democrats would vote for Charles Manson, if they were guaranteed it would keep trump out of the W/H.

I applaud Hur for not letting that partisan hack intimidate him!!!!! As others commenting here I would like to have seen him hold dementia’s feet to the fire but he di show that crimes were committed and didn’t whitewash the matter!!!!! “Exonerate” is a word that can’t be applied to anything regarding Biden’s past or present actions as it’s a well-established fact just by the histrionics over the past 55 years of his shady and criminal behavior that what we got here is “an-old-slimy-political-hack-crook” to the nth degree!
This counter point of he’s just “an old man with a poor memory” so that entitles him to a “free pass” or “stay out of jail card” like this is some “monopoly game!” What the Hell is this man that is so mentally incompetent doing in the “top executive position” of the US Government, a “massive job with acute and potentially dire responsibilities” (Like Nuclear War) when this fool couldn’t even handle a basket weaving class??? This is a crime in itself and just goes to the “heart of the matter” of how “corrupt our government is now” and how the “Deep State is evil!”
