President Joe Biden continued to indulge in his strange pastime of imagining woodland creatures clad in bulletproof body armor this week, telling the audience this fantasy was “not a joke.”
“How many – my dad used to love to hunt in the Poconos when we lived in Scranton – ow many deer or bear are wearing Kevlar vests, huh? Not a joke,” Biden said while wandering around the stage in Pennsylvania this week.

Biden’s fascination with the concept of deer wearing Kevlar vests has frequently surfaced in his public speeches, especially when he talks about his fondness for gun confiscation measures.

My biggest problem with Biden's deer in Kevlar vests line is that it's something he says all the time, including in this year's State of the Union address. Maybe this was a time to not repeat the same quip he makes at every chance he gets. pic.twitter.com/tVJwXi5Gdk

Biden’s obsession with gun rights advocates using F-15 jet fighter aircraft surfaced again during a speech on Tuesday, as he suggested “brave right-wing Americans” should use the warplanes to “fight against the country.”
“And for those brave right-wing Americans who say it’s all about keeping America – keeping America’s independent and safe [sic], if you want to fight against the country, you need an F-15,” Biden said. “You need a something a little more than a gun.”

The line received a smattering of light, nervous laughter from the audience as the president said “No, I’m not joking, think about this. Think about the rationale we use.”
Biden committed another trademark gaffe on Tuesday as he urged a crowd of Democrat supporters to vote for the wrong candidates in the Pennsylvania Senate and gubernatorial elections.
“Please, please, elect the Attorney General in the Senate,” Biden said to raucous applause from the crowd, which was apparently unaware of the fact that Democrat state AG Josh Sapiro is running for governor.
“Elect that big ol’ boy to be governor,” Biden said of John Fetterman, who is currently running for the U.S. Senate.
