Joe Rogan Mocks Judge Who Valued Mar-a-Lago at $18 Million: ‘That’s A Palace… Get The F**k Outta Here’

“This is crazy. You can’t do that. That’s like too obvious that you don’t give a f*ck about the truth.”

Joe Rogan tore into liberals who are claiming Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago club is worth only $18 million this week, stating on his podcast “Get the f–k out of here! This is crazy. You can’t do that. That’s like too obvious that you don’t give a f*ck about the truth.”

“He was saying that it’s worth between 300 and 700 million, and they were saying that it’s worth $18 million,” Rogan said, laughing. “It’s like they don’t even try to pretend. If the guy says his house is worth like a billion dollars, and you come along and say like, ‘No no no, it’s worth 800 million. Forbes says it’s worth as much as 700 million. We’ll call it 700 million.’ Now you got a reasonable argument.”

Rogan continued, “But if you say 18 million, like you gotta know – that’s a palace. The place is a palace. It’s 20 acres. Get the f*ck outta here. This is crazy. You can’t do that. That’s like too obvious that you don’t give a f*ck about the truth.”

The debate surrounding the worth of former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate has been making headlines, with estimates ranging from $18 million to over a billion dollars.

A New York judge, Arthur Engoron, valued Mar-a-Lago at $18 million, which is at the low end of the $18 million to $28 million appraisal used by Palm Beach County. However, the judge later implored the media to stop saying he valued Mar-a-Lago at $18 million, indicating that this valuation might not be accurate or final.

Despite this, there are claims that Trump inflated the value of his Mar-a-Lago estate by 2300%. The real estate insiders are questioning the validity of such a high valuation.

Trump himself has denied any wrongdoing and claimed that the value of the property is much higher than the $18 million. His family insists Mar-A-Lago is worth more than $1 billion5. Some sources even suggest that Mar-a-Lago “could be worth almost 100 times” the $18 million figure.

However, these valuations have been called into question. Trump’s own company reportedly stated that the $1.8 billion valuation of the property was too high.

Ultimately, the true value of Mar-a-Lago remains a subject of intense debate, with significant discrepancies between different appraisals. It appears that the final determination of the estate’s worth may have far-reaching implications, potentially affecting legal proceedings and tax assessments.
