A second IRS whistleblower offered new insight into the alleged tax avoidance schemes of Hunter Biden, specifically claiming the first son attempted to avoid paying taxes on his energy from Burisma in Ukraine by sending it to a Chinese firm.
The latest whistleblower testimony published by the U.S. House is from a second IRS whistleblower who Breitbart reports is “the lead IRS case agent for the Hunter Biden investigation whose name is redacted” and includes brazen claims that Biden created an international scheme to avoid paying taxes by colluding with business associates in China.
According to the whistleblower, Biden received $666,667 for his position on the Burisma board of directors in 2014, when his father was still serving as the Vice President.

Instead of paying taxes on this money, Biden allegedly “put that money into a Chinese firm” per Breitbart. That firm “then ‘loaned’ the money to Hunter Biden.” According to the whistleblower’s testimony:
So [Hunter Biden] sets this out in this email and what ends up happening is — so imagine this. If you are an owner of a company and your friend tells you that, I want to pay my wages to your company and you’re going to loan the money back to me, that’s essentially what happened here. He took loans from that corporation — which were distributions. And he didn’t pay taxes on those loans.
…
So essentially for 2014, we had found that Hunter didn’t report any of the money he earned from Burisma. So the reason why this is important is because Hunter set it up this way, to not — to essentially earn the money through his friend’s corporation and then have his friend pay him back half of the money as loans, quote, unquote, loans.
“None of it was taxed,” said the whistleblower, “none of this has been paid or prosecuted.” The whistleblower noted that “the statute has run out on these tax years,” apparently due to the uncharacteristically slow nature of the investigation.

“You can’t loan yourself your own money. It just doesn’t make any sense,” said the whistleblower, before later testifying “I would agree that the transactions would — you would want to sham the transactions, yes.”
This testimony follows that of a separate group of IRS whistleblowers which led to the release of a WhatsApp message in which Hunter Biden claimed to be sitting next to his father, Joe Biden, and used the elder Biden’s influence to threaten a Chinese business associate who is also a member of the Chinese Communist Party. Millions of dollars would later appear in the Bidens’ accounts.
It was reportedly confirmed by Marco Polo, a conservative nonprofit dedicated to Hunter Biden and his laptop, that Hunter Biden was geographically placed at the Delaware home of Joe Biden on the date the WhatsApp messages were sent using metadata from an image retrieved from his discarded laptop.
Joe Biden has repeatedly denied having any involvement with or knowledge of Hunter’s business dealings, and just yesterday insisted that he was not “lying” about the matter when a reporter asked.
