Failed presidential candidate and former First Lady Hillary Clinton praised Joe Biden this week, claiming he “deserves” credit from “the press or maybe some large segments of the people” for being ” disruptive in the best sense of the word.”
Clinton made the remarks during the “Women Leaders on Global Challenges” summit this week.
“Joe Biden has proven it, I mean I don’t think [Joe Biden] gets the credit that he deserves from the press or maybe some large segments of the people,” Clinton claimed.
“But literally he got a lot done in two years in very difficult circumstances, including an insurrection at the Capitol that tried to prevent him from being president,” Clinton continued. “That is disruptive in the best sense of the word.”

Biden formally announced his run for the Democratic presidential nomination for 2024, attacking “MAGA extremists” in his launch video last month.
In the video, Biden touted that the primary work of his “first term” was to protect “personal freedom” and “fight for democracy.” The former Vice President then attacked “MAGA extremists,” who he claimed were “lining up to take on those bedrock freedoms” of Americans.
According to Biden, the “bedrock freedoms” that he wants to protect include Social Security, the right for women to abort their child, and the “right” for people to choose “who they can love.”
“When I ran for President four years ago, I said we were in a battle for the soul of America, and we still are,” Biden said. “The question we’re facing is, whether in the years ahead we have more freedom or less freedom. More rights or fewer. I know what I want the answer to be, and I think you do too. This is not a time to be complacent.”
