Speaking to CNN’s Don Lemon, Trump attorney Alina Habba accused Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg of leaking information revealing that 45th President Donald Trump would be charged with 30-34 counts of charges relating to an alleged “hush payment” to pornstar Stormy Daniels.
Bragg’s case against the 45th President hinges on a campaign finance law that would prohibit Trump from paying adult film actress Stormy Daniels using campaign funds. Trump and his team, meanwhile, say the candidate was victim to an extortion plot and that disgraced lawyer Michael Cohen paid the bill.
“Let’s remember that the real crime here that we have is that DA Bragg did leak that there were 30-34 counts,” Habba told Lemon, “We already know that. That in itself is a felony. You are not to let that go.”
Lemon attempted to push back on Habba’s claims and said, “We don’t know if the DA leaked that information. That is speculation.”
“Well, we don’t have that information so, well, it’s not speculation. We don’t have the information. So, it came from their office,” Habba retorted.

As the former president is set to turn himself in at 2:15 p.m. on Tuesday at the Manhattan criminal court in New York, thousands of supportive Americans have lined the streets in support.
President Trump, along with his son Eric, left their Florida residence at Mar-a-Lago on Monday to travel to New York for the arraignment, Valiant News reported.
Footage tweeted by Eric, and other commentators, show thousands of Americans lining the streets of West Palm Beach “for miles,” honking their horns and waving pro-Trump flags, showing their support for the former president.

The President boarded his iconic campaign plane Trump Force One after arriving at Palm Beach International airport, and took off for New York at 1PM EDT.

Pro-Trump conservative commentator Jack Posobiec declared that the convoy of vehicles carrying President Trump, surrounded by supporters, amounted to the “funeral procession” of America, with fellow commentator Kingsley Cortes adding it symbolised that “American exceptionalism will soon be a distant memory.”

Trump has since landed at his destination and was seen waving at a crowd of supporters before entering his home at Trump Tower.
