Rep. Marjorie Taylor described Eric Adams’ New York City and the prosecution of Donald Trump by Alvin Bragg as “disgusting” during an appearance the Fox News program Tucker Carlson Tonight.
“Mayor [Eric] Adams described New York as ‘his home,’” Carlson said to Greene, asking “How did his home look? Pretty neat and tidy?”
“No, his home is disgusting,” Greene replied. “I compare it to what I call Gotham City. The streets are filthy, they’re covered with people basically dying on drugs. They can’t even stand up; they’re falling over. There’s so much crime in the city, I can’t comprehend how people live there. It was repulsive, it smells bad. I think it’s a terrible place.”
“Yeah,” Carlson said. “With some nice people, I will say that.”
New York City is disgusting. And so is the political persecution of President Trump by Alvin Bragg.
I saw it first hand yesterday. pic.twitter.com/VZdvX6oeQQ

Greene expounded further on the prosecution of Trump in a tweet.
“Democrats are so jealous,” Greene wrote. They don’t have a Donald Trump. They would give anything to have him. But they don’t. They’re like a jealous girl that got tossed to the side. They’re blinded by hate & jealousy and will do anything to stop him because they can’t have him. Psycho.”

Greene blasted Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg as a “Soros funded tool” at a pro-Trump protest in New York before the former President’s arraignment.
Hundreds of Trump supporters turned out to a park in New York outside the Manhattan court house where President Trump was going to be arraigned, after he was subject to multiple charges in the state. Gavin Wax, the President of the New York Young Republican Club, helped organise the protest, and revealed that at the very least 500 turned out in support.
Greene proceeded to blast Alvin Bragg, the District Attorney that brought the charges against President Trump, as “nothing but a George Soros funded tool,” at the pro-Trump protest, who was being used by the Democrats “to try and hijack the 2024 presidential election.”
