Ex-Clinton Advisor Claims Hillary Will Run For President In 2024

One of Bill Clinton’s top advisors and former campaign managers claims that Hillary Clinton will run against Donald Trump in 2024

Former Hillary Clinton political advisor Dick Morris, who long ago deserted the Clinton family and Democratic Party to join the Republicans, wrote an op-ed piece for Newsmax yesterday insisting that Clinton is preparing for yet another run for the White House.

Morris was a friend and advisor to Bill Clinton beginning in 1978, and was his campaign manager during his successful 1996 reelection. Clinton communications director George Stephanopoulos, who later became a television news host, stated that “Over the course of the first 9 months of 1995, no single person had more power over the president.”

Now, Morris says that Hillary Clinton is set to challenge 45th President Donald Trump for the White House in 2024.

Plugging his new book, “The Return”, Morris claims that “They fear Trump – and believe they must stop him at all costs.”

According to Morris, Biden will ultimately succumb to media pressure urging him not to run for reelection. Harris, who Morris describes as a “disaster,” will be set aside by the Democratic Party elite.

Without Biden or Harris, the “increasingly desperate” Democrats will be left searching for a candidate. “They are looking at people like Calif. Gov. Gavin Newsom, Colorado Governor Jared Polis, and Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg,” wrote Morris.

The lack of a unifying figure, Morris argues, will create a vacuum that allows hyper left wing candidates to become frontrunners in the primary season. Fearing that these candidates will be unable to beat Trump in a general election, “pressure will grow on Hillary Clinton to enter the race.”

“Much like Biden’s surprise entrance in 2020, Democrats will see her as their savior,” wrote Morris, “an experienced politician able to bridge the left and more moderate wings of the party.”

Should Clinton secure the nomination as Morris writes, it could force Democrats to drop their obsession with Trump’s continuing refusal to admit defeat in the 2020 election.

Clinton famously refused to concede the night of the election, and instead sent her campaign manager John Podesta to speak to the public. The next morning, all dressed in purple, Clinton accepted her defeat.

In the ensuing months, however, Clinton would claim that the election was stolen by either Russian hacking or meddling in the election.

As recently as 2019, Clinton referred to Trump as an “illegitimate president.”

Her partisan attacks on Trump’s administration may have helped Republicans feel comfortable making the same accusations about Joe Biden, who the majority of Republicans believe was the beneficiary of massive voter fraud.

Clinton, now 74, would be 77-years-old upon entering the White House if elected in 2024.
