WW3 Watch: Biden Tells Troops Stationed in Poland They’re Going to Ukraine, White House Contradicts

The White House is once again contradicting Joe Biden during his trip to Europe amid the ongoing conflict in Ukraine.

While in Poland, Biden told troops with the 82nd Airborne Division in Poland what they could expect to see when they went to Ukraine, speaking as if it were something that were already planned.

“Ukrainian people have a lot of backbone, they have a lot of guts,” Biden told the troops, as transcribed by The Gateway Pundit. “I’m sure you’re observing it.” He noted that both “the military” which “we’ve been training” since “Russia moved into the southeast,” referring to the 2014 conflict that began after the Obama administration state department backed regime change in Ukraine, and civilians were holding strong.

“But also the average citizen,” said Biden, “Look at how they’re stepping up.”

Then he told the troops that they should expect to see this type of Ukrainian bravery first hand.

“And you’re gonna see when you’re there, and some of you have been there,” said Biden, suggesting the troops are headed to Ukraine. “You’re gonna see women, young people standing, standing in the middle, in front of damn tank just, just saying, ‘I’m not leaving, I’m holding my ground.’”

He then forgot the name of former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, and misquoted her. Albright died earlier this week.

Biden’s suggestion that troops are headed to Ukraine has quickly raised eyebrows in the media, with the New York Post calling it the 79-year-old president’s latest “gaffe.”

The outlet said the Biden administration was quickly there to correct its executive.

A Biden spokesperson told the New York Post that “The president has been clear we are not sending US troops to Ukraine and there is no change in that position.”

Ironically, this is the second fact check of the president by the White House today.

Yesterday, Biden said that a chemical weapons attack from Russia would be met with a U.S.-led NATO response “in kind,” leading many people to believe Biden was threatening to use chemical weapons against Russians.

Today the Biden White House clarified that Biden has no intention of unleashing chemical weapons.

Many believe that any further NATO or U.S. participation in defense of Ukraine from Russia and its “special military operation” would quickly lead to a third world war, and pundits are increasingly discussing the possibility of a nuclear exchange.

Russia declared its “special military operation” against Ukraine last month following a years long standoff over the disputed Donbass region. Russia claims it launched its “special military operation” to protect ethnic Russians from Ukrainian state violence, while Ukraine and much of the international community say Russia’s invasion was unprovoked.
