Disney Executive Claims Company Uses ‘Code’ and ‘Buzzwords’ to Avoid Hiring White Men

The Walt Disney Company has been accused of employing discriminatory hiring practices against white males, as exposed in a recent undercover investigation by the O’Keefe Media Group, the new venture of Project Veritas founder James O’Keefe.

The report, which was released today, features an interview with Michael Giordano, a senior vice president at Disney, who claims that the company is actively avoiding the hiring and promotion of white males.

According to the footage, Giordano, a team lead at 20th Television, a subsidiary of Disney, states that the corporation uses “code words and buzzwords that are used to explain what they’re looking for… so it’s not like a legally actionable thing.”

This suggests that Disney may be attempting to circumvent legal consequences by using euphemistic language in their hiring practices.

Giordano further alleges that he was told by co-workers in the human resources department that the corporation discriminates against white men on account of their race and sex. He claims that he was passed over for a promotion due to his race, stating, “As far as Disney is concerned, I am a white male and that’s not who they’re looking to promote at the moment.”

The investigation also revealed that Disney allegedly rejected a candidate for a role because he did not appear “black enough,” despite being half-black.

This incident highlights the company’s apparent obsession with meeting certain racial quotas or appearances, rather than focusing on the skills and qualifications of the candidates.

These allegations come at a time when Disney has been under fire for its far-left policies on gender and race, which have been embedded in their movies and television shows. The company’s embrace of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives has raised concerns about potential discrimination against certain demographics, particularly white males.

The release of this report has sparked outrage among conservative commentators and the public, with many calling for a boycott of Disney products and services. The Walt Disney Company has yet to respond to the allegations, but it is expected that they will face significant backlash and potential legal action as a result of this investigation.

As the story continues to unfold, it remains to be seen how Disney will address these serious allegations and whether they will take steps to rectify their discriminatory hiring practices.

Enough of the B.S. already. Actions speak louder than words. Disney isn’t the only place in America to take the kids on vacation. There is plenty to do without visiting Disney. The best way for parents to handle this issue, is to give Disney the same treatment Anheuser-Busch was given over Bud Light. BHit Disney in the pocket book, boycott Disney, Disney streaming and Disney products. The consumer shouldn’t have to tolerate any of this. Just remember the consumer holds the power of the purse.
