New video sourced from C-SPAN appears to show an excited Joe Biden poking an infant in the eye with his nose, and possibly slipping one of his trademark child “sniffs” in.
In the video, Biden, who has a long history of being caught on camera behaving strangely with young children, can be observed smiling and making faces at the baby after appearing to poke it and sniff it with his nose.
Another baby sniff from the serial creep – this guy can’t help himself!
Sniffing other people’s children seems like clear evidence of a prurient interest

In fact, one website, JoeBiden.info, features more than 10 clips and gifs showing the president touching or sniffing the hair of women and children in public, with many of the images and videos being captured during the Obama administration, or more recently.
At a separate political event in May of 2022, Biden told a child, “I love those barrettes in your hair” before adding, “she looks like she’s 19 years old sitting there like a little lady with her legs crossed.”

In April, Biden’s behavior appeared to be of concern among members of the White House, as one member of his staff, while dressed like the Easter Bunny, seemed to forcefully redirect the president away from a group of little kids during an Easter event at the White House last year.

In one instance in September, one little boy appeared to nervously flee the clutches of Biden following a nervous exchange during a photo-op with members on the Atlanta Braves baseball team, the winners of the World Series.

During the event, Biden eagerly urged “everybody under 15” to “come here” for a photo. Many young children assembled with their parents obliged, though several did so with trepidation and appeared eager to get away from the 79-year-old man.
The president appeared to explain the reason he feels the need to get extra-close to women and young children, citing an old nurse who used to “whisper” in his ear and “breathe” on him to ensure a “human connection” was there.
Biden: "I had a nurse named Pearl Nelson. She'd come in and do things I don't think you learn in nursing school. She'd whisper in my ear, I couldn't understand, but she'd whisper and she'd lean down and actually breathe on me to make sure there was a human connection." pic.twitter.com/G90JeKdQDQ
