Hunter Biden Demands DOJ Investigate Trump Allies Over Infamous Laptop Findings

Hunter Biden has demanded that the DOJ investigate a number of Trump allies for sharing data from his laptop.

In the letter to the Department of Justice, written by Hunter Biden’s attorney, prominent Washington lawyer Abbe Lowell, demands that they investigate a number of top Trump allies, including Steve Bannon, Rudy Giuliani, Garrett Ziegler, along with John Paul Mac Isaac, the Wilmington computer repair shop owner, for sharing information from his laptop.

A 2022 report from Marco Polo Group, led by Ziegler, a former Trump White House staffer, alleged that information taken from Biden’s laptop shows evidence of 459 business, sex, and drug-related crimes committed by Hunter. The report features several articles published by Valiant News, and separate works written by Valiant News reporters.

However, the letter claimed that exposing the alleged crimes was merely a “failed dirty political trick [which] directly resulted in the exposure, exploitation, and manipulation of Mr. Biden’s private and personal information.”

Lowell argued that Republican politicians and news reports used “this unlawfully accessed, copied, distributed, and manipulated data to distort the truth and cause harm to Mr. Biden.” A CBS News investigation in November “showed no evidence [the laptop] was faked or tampered with.”

So that settles it then – not a conspiracy or Russian disinfo. The laptop is and always was real & they are trying to keep it out of court. This is called panic mode.

The recipient of the letter for the DOJ was Matthew Olsen, the top national security official, who was asked to investigate possible violations of statutes involving the publication of restricted personal data, unauthorised computer access, the transportation of stolen data across state lines, and potential data manipulation and tampering.

“The actions described above more than merit a full investigation and, depending on the resulting facts, may merit prosecution under various statutes. It is not a common thing for a private person and his counsel to seek someone else being investigated, but the actions and motives here require it,” Lowell said.

A similar letter from the Biden attorney was sent to the Delaware attorney general, arguing the same points as in the DOJ letter, but asking them to investigate the Trump allies for computer and data related crimes in the state, along with any federal investigation into the laptop.

Robert Costello, the attorney for Rudy Giuliani, attacked the letter as being a “frivolous legal document,” adding that it “reeks of desperation because they know judgement day is coming for the Bidens.”

A third letter was also sent to the IRS, demanding that they review the tax-exempt status of Marco Polo USA, for daring to write the report on Hunter’s laptop, arguing that as a 501(c)(3) organisation, they could not make “partisan” comments.

The letter cited a Valiant News article featuring comments from Ziegler, where he stated that the purpose of the laptop report is to “lay out the full nuanced truth” about the Biden family and to “avoid the embarrassment” of unfruitful Republican congressional investigations.

At the same time as the letters were sent from the younger Biden to the DOJ, Delaware authorities, and the IRS, a separate letter was sent to Fox News and Tucker Carlson, demanding that the host apologise for and retract comments he made regarding the recent classified documents scandal.

These included alleged implications that Hunter may have had access to any classified documents in his father’s Delaware home, and comments regarding “rent” payments made from Hunter to Joe.
