Fox News host Tucker Carlson appeared on “Ingraham Angle” last night and sounded off about former Vice President Mike Pence urging Trump supporters to stop questioning the FBI and pushing to defund the government agency.
Pence recently made a campaign-style speech in which he reproached his former boss, 45th President Donald Trump, and his supporters for criticizing the FBI following the unprecedented raid on Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home and resort.
After host Laura Ingraham asked Carlson to respond to Pence’s trip to New Hampshire and the speech, Carlson asked “What is Mike Pence doing in New Hampshire? I mean if Mike Pence doesn’t have a summer house in New Hampshire then he’s delusional.”

“He spent four years getting bossed around by Donald Trump like a concubine,” Carlson charged. “He was bossed around by his donors when he was governor of Indiana. He’s not in a position to lead anything.”

Carlson added, “The idea that he’s going to run for president is, like, delusional, and is clearly only benefiting his consultants. He should fire anyone who is telling him to go to New Hampshire and run for president and give dumb speeches about the FBI when he has no idea what he’s talking about.”
“It’s super embarrassing. I don’t want to beat up on Mike Pence,” Carlson insisted, but “if you’re that detached from reality you need to take a break and think deeply about yourself and the world.”
Ingraham noted that Pence was effectively arguing against reforming the FBI, and questioned whether conservatives must be inherently against reforming costly government bodies.

“It’s deranged,” Carlson summarized. “You can’t have a democracy if federal agencies are openly interfering in elections. It’s that simple.”
In addition to urging Republicans – including leading pro-Trump voices Paul Gosar and Marjorie Taylor Greene – to take it easy on the FBI, Pence recently indicated he may interview with the January 6 committee.
As Valiant News reported yesterday, Pence declared that he would “consider” a potential “invitation to participate” in the partisan, anti-Trump January 6 hearings, and said it would be “unprecedented in history” for a former vice president to “be summoned to testify on Capitol Hill.”
